Refund policy

All sales are final. We’re a small brand and produce in limited quantities, so we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges. If your item arrives with a clear defect or manufacturing flaw, reach out to us with photos and we’ll review it and make it right. Customers are responsible for return shipping on approved defect claims. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase, after that, orders are already being processed and can’t be canceled.
