Order Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed, packed, or prepared for shipment and therefore cannot be canceled.

Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, ALPNE is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges, and Defects
All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our products, ALPNE does not accept returns or exchanges.
